The proposed building was to be located in a plot which already had a house. The topography of the plot mandated a building to be on two different levels. The access road to the plot was at an incline towards the plot. We suggested that we could consider a 3 storey building that had a combination of 8 nos. 2BHK apartments and also 2 nos. studio apartments. As the plot was in close proximity to two hospitals, Aster MIMS and Baby memorial Hospital there was definitely going to be a demand for smaller apartments for the staff of the hospitals. The proposal was a dignified little apartment building with proper parking facilities for all the tenants. After preparing the proposal and details the client realized that the access road could not be widened to achieve a 12 feet wide road. Hence the project has been put on hold and deliberations are on to obtain more land.
