The residence was to be built in a small plot of about 6 cents for a single lady. As it was a corner plot 3 metres set-backs were to be provided on two sides. This was a major hurdle as it brought down the total built-up area considerably. The two sides of the façade had to be very attractive and eye-catching and we were up to the task. One bedroom had to be pushed upstairs in order to accommodate the rest of the rooms. The end result is quite satisfying considering that it is a very small house.
