- Completed B.Arch. from Manipal Institute of Technology in 1984 under the Mysore University. Completed apprenticeship with the firm Shankaran and Associates in Bangalore.
- Worked in New Delhi with Anil Laul and associates for two years before joining Architect and Urban Designer K.T.Ravindran and working for 3 years under him.
- On getting a competent offer from one of the largest consulting firms in Kuwait named Pan Arab Consulting Engineers, did a stint in Kuwait for 3 years.
- Set up independent practice in Kannur in the year 1996.
- During the course of independent architectural practice, projects taken up and completed include Villa projects in and around Kannur, Apartment buildings for Mascot group, commercial buildings and innumerable residential buildings. Proposals for a convention centre, library and an old age home were some of the projects prepared at the office. Interior works and landscaping works have been an integral of all projects. Projects currently at hand include a school building at Iritty , a commercial complex at Thiruvalla and a villa project at Thottada.
- Presently the Principal architect of the partnership firm Cubex Projects in Kannur having a combined experience of more than 35 years.
- Been an integral part of the IIA movement in Kannur from its inception in 2007 and currently the immediate past chairman. Served as the chairman of the IIA Kannur Centre for the term 2015-17. The center has a membership of over 100 architects.
- During tenure as chairman of IIA Kannur Centre many public projects were initiated in Kannur Corporation area to sensitize the general public on issues relating to urban design interventions in public spaces. Proposals include the revitalization of the Kottikulam Railway station under the BRDC initiative. The design proposal for the modification of the Collectorate park under the IIA banner was another major intervention to create more public friendly spaces in the vicinity of the town. The project has been approved and undertaken . Awareness campaigns were conducted on exhibition platforms sponsored by Vanitha Veedu of Manorama Group as well as those conducted by IIA in Kannur, Thalassery and Kanhangad.
- Have visited KMCT College in Calicut as an external jury member for 3rd year B.Arch students in the year 2016.
- Served as an External Jury member for Final Year Thesis students at MES Kuttipuram School of Architecture for the year 2016-17.
- Worked in College of Engineering and Technology from August 2018 to May 2021 as Design Chair for B.Arch students.
- Have been appointed as the city co-ordinator for Kannur to conduct NATA exams for the past 3 years.

Mr. Nandanar A K – B.Tech, FIV, MIE
Experience of more than 19 years in project management consultancy and real estate valuations. Fellow of IOV (Institution of Valuers (India)) and Member of IEI (Institution of Engineers (India)).
Nandanar is an alma mater of Government College of Engineering, Kannur and holds B.Tech in Civil Engineering. During initial years post qualification he worked as site in-charge and oversaw constructions works of a bridge at Mahe. He has also been an expert committee member at the block panchayat level for construction works of roads, culverts, mini industrial estate. He is registered as valuer for immovable property under Section 34AB of Wealth Tax Act, 1957. His expertise lies in property valuations under various sections of Income Tax Act, 1961 and has delivered valuation reports within agreed timelines to many reputed clients including PSUs. Apart from many specialized assignments he is also in the panel of valuers of various private and nationalized banks since 2006. He is a chartered engineer and consultant engineer (Civil) for Cubex Projects and also renders similar services to many clients in Kannur region. He is very quality oriented with no compromise on ethics and professionalism.
