Cubex Projects was established in 2010 with the sole purpose of creating quality living spaces befitting the demands of a discerning clientele. The guiding principle of the firm has been a total commitment to excellence, innovation and the steadfast determination to create happy and contented customers. The firm has handled and completed projects successfully ranging from residences, villa projects, commercial buildings, hotels and institutional buildings like schools. Some ongoing projects include residences, schools and commercial buildings. Services provided by the firm include design and supervision, project management consultancy and delivering projects on turn-key basis.

We, at Cubex Projects insist on a proactive approach to our activities with an eye to fulfilling the requirements and demands of our customers in every possible way. Cubex Projects is headed by two senior and experienced stalwarts, K.T.Sudesh Kumar, B.Arch. an architect by profession from M.I.T. Manipal and A.K.Nandanar, B.Tech, a civil engineer by profession from Government engineering College, Kannur.
